Joseph Dunkel’s sole objective as a listing agent is to get you the highest amount of money in the shortest amount of time for your real estate.

The most important day in listing your real estate is the first day on the market. Joseph’s full-scope marketing plan is ready to go immediately following MLS submission. He makes sure that not only the highest quality photos and videography are selected as content, but the photos are properly arranged to grab the audience’s attention. He utilizes paid advertisements to target local audiences across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn (5,000+ vetted real estate professional connections). The combination of Coldwell Banker Realty’s global reach to attract out-of-state buyers and Joseph’s commitment to obtaining maximum exposure for the listing will help sell your real estate for more in less time.

Joseph’s negotiation skills are evident by successful navigation of foreclosures, short sales, insurance claims, and other complex transactions involving multiple lienholders. Joseph provides you with objective, statistical market data and trends driving the market in Southwest Florida. He enjoys walking, biking, and driving neighborhoods to observe new listing activity and developments breaking ground.

Joseph graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in real estate from the University of Central Florida. He originally joined Coldwell Banker Realty in Winter Park, FL after completing a commercial real estate internship at NAI Realvest in Orlando. During his internship at NAI Realvest, he provided broker support for land listings and assemblages. He also assisted with tenant leasing and build-to-suit parcels at the Orlando-Sanford International Airport. The combination of his educational background and professional experience in real estate has proven instrumental in advising clients in valuation, highest-and-best use, underwriting risk for projected returns, and focusing on critical areas of due diligence.
